Siegfried and Roy Honored Oct. 15th

Retired Ilusionists Siegfried & Roy  were honored at the 14th annual Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow carnival and gala at Caesars Palace.

Celebrities, corporate leaders and politicians turned out to salute the magnificent magicians. Mayor Carolyn Goodman declared Oct. 15 as Siegfried & Roy Day with an official proclamation signed by the Las Vegas City Council recognizing the duo’s extraordinary and selfless contributions to our community and charities.

Celine Dion, Maria Shriver and Terry Fator were joined by MGM chief Jim Murren, hotel mogul Steve Wynn, Southern Wine and Spirits head honcho Larry Ruvo and MGM executives Bobby Baldwin and Felix Rappaport for a video salute to the longtime Las Vegas headliners and residents.
